This policy explains what compoundmint.com (the “Site”) collects and how it is used. Short version: very little, and we never sell it. The Site and the Compound Mint brand are operated by Seller Splash Inc., a New York company, doing business as Compound Mint (“we”, “us”). Effective date: October 15, 2026.
What we collect
- Newsletter sign-ups: your email address, the time you subscribed and the page you subscribed from. Used only to send the newsletter. Unsubscribe any time.
- Calculator inputs: processed in your browser. The numbers you type are not sent to our server, except as part of a page address if you share a link.
- Server logs: our hosting provider records standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) for security and performance. Logs are kept for a limited time.
- Contact form: the name, email address and message you send are stored in the Site’s admin so we can reply, and deleted on request.
Cookies
We use a small number of technical cookies for caching, security and preferences. We do not currently run advertising or analytics trackers. Embedded YouTube videos are loaded through YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode and only when you press play; YouTube (Google) may then set its own cookies under its privacy policy.
Do Not Track and third-party tracking
We do not track visitors across other websites over time. Because we run no advertising or analytics trackers, the Site works the same way whether or not your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal or a Global Privacy Control signal. The only third party that may collect information on the Site is YouTube (Google), and only after you press play on an embedded video. If we ever add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy and the effective date before they go live.
How we use information
To run the Site, send the newsletter you asked for, answer messages and keep the Site secure. We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share it only with service providers that help run the Site (hosting, email delivery) under confidentiality obligations, or if required by law.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information through the contact form. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK or California) you may have additional rights, which we will honor.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We will post any changes here with a new effective date.
